What are the deployment timelines?

With the co-branded package, going live takes weeks, not months: your identity, your content and your points of interest are configured on the existing foundation. Moving to your own brand and tailor-made integrations add time depending on scope; we frame it together in a meeting.

How can we work with POLVA in a public procurement context?

POLVA responds to consultations and digital-services contracts, directly or in co-contracting. Contact us ahead of your consultation: we provide the technical and administrative elements useful for your file.

Who handles maintenance and updates?

POLVA operates the platform continuously: hosting, monitoring, fixes and evolutions of the foundation are part of the service. Your app benefits from the improvements of the common foundation, with no migration project and no hidden costs.

What support do we get?

A dedicated contact during deployment, training for your teams on the back office, then continuous support in operations. Service commitments are defined in the contract, depending on the package.

Where is the data hosted?

In the European Union by default. The Dedicated instance package adds dedicated hosting for the most demanding contexts.

Who owns the data?

The institution. POLVA acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR (processing agreement, art. 28). Raw data is never sold or transferred; deliverables rely exclusively on aggregated, anonymised data.

What happens at the end of the contract? Is the data reversible?

Reversibility is contractual: your content and your data are returned to you in standard, usable formats, then deleted from our systems according to the agreed schedule.

Is the app accessible and multilingual?

Yes. Accessibility is part of the foundation: adapted navigation, accessible routes, interface good practices. The app is natively multilingual (including an Arabic right-to-left interface); language coverage is configured per territory.

What exactly is included?

Every deployment includes the native iOS and Android apps, the web app (link or QR, no installation) and the administration back office. Packages are about brand and hosting, never about devices.
